Dr Howard Steiner
Arrogant and rude. Don't ask questions, he hates it! Just sit there very compliantly or he'll chastise you. Have never had a doctor this rude in my many decades of living.

Staff
Dr Steiner could be a wonderful doctor, Unfortunately I never got the chance to visit him. When I tried to make an appointment someone on his staff did not like our phone connection. She rudely complained to me and then simply hung up. I called back on another phone and when she answered she was again extremely rude and would not speak to me. Do not understand the problem and decided it wasn’t worth it.

Receptionist is difficult, doesn't answer phones,
I tried to make an appointment all day, phone went to voice mail., call returned the next day. Not an updated system, no on line scheduling, no online insurance form, nothing online. All information had to be told to a receptionist who was curt and rude at times. Practice doesn't take AETNA insurance, but receptionist demanded that I give her my insurance information.
