Dr. Tee listened to me, answered my questions.
Dr. Tee took time to address my concerns, explained what plan of tests he would do, was thorough and patient with me. I felt that he actually heard me. I respect him very much.

VA referral : This is how my veteran was treated
First let me start by saying the front desk people are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL , they need some serious training I brought my husband in for his second appointment today. The person at check-in never acknowledged me as I stood there. I noticed a small sign in sheet so I signed him in and sat down. Although the RN was pleasant While putting his info in there was info missing from his first visit, 10min the most and we were sent on our way.At checkout, well the woman had me standing there ignoring me for a good 4-5 minutes before she even looked up from her screen, not even “I’ll be right with you “ only to give me an attitude about a form the RN request I get for his blood pressure. She said they don’t have them , which they do, but she had to get up to get it. Rudely thrust a card at me stating “call us” which was also written across the card, she then brushed me off by looking down & ignoring me. So they want him to fill out the sheet & call the info in not fax it. Go figure.

Unprofessional front desk
I have been a patient for 6 years, and never had any issues with Dr. Tee or the administration. It would seem that something significant had taken place at this office that has resulted in the service and professionalism to be unacceptable by so many patients. Patients are being discharged for expecting courtesy and professional behavior by the administrative staff. Something has gone very wrong here.

Yesterday, my parents went into Dr. Tee's office for a cardiology appointment. My dad who is 87, has lung cancer (among others), and has trouble standing and walking, took several hours to get ready for his cardiology appointment. When he and my mom arrived, he went to the window to check in. No one opened the window to acknowledge his presence. No check-in process was available. So since he has having trouble standing, he simply called out his name and sat down. My mom went to the window ten minutes later, and again, no one came. Twenty to thirty minutes later, my dad questioned from his chair why they were being ignored. A front desk person opened the window angrily and yelled at him “why are you speaking loudly?” Then said I will discharge you for this. My parents sat quietly for 45 minutes while others were served. Then, when they inquired why they weren’t being attended to, they were told that my dad had been permanently discharged from the practice. They were shocked as my dad has been Dr. Tee’s patient for over twenty years. They said Dr. Tee had been informed and completely agreed with the decision. When my parents questioned that decision, the women behind the glass, and the nurses, threatened to call the police and a nurse said she “didn’t feel safe” (which is laughable, given that my dad can barely walk, and hardly stand up!). They became verbally abusive with my elderly parents and then said that Dr. Tee completely agreed with this discharge. This is not the first, second, or third time that we have heard of Dr. Tee’s office staff abusing their power, but today they took it to a whole new level. I was never impressed with their lackluster care, but am sickened by their behavior and will make sure everyone hears about this. This office is run by a bunch of high school bullies who finally got their moment and were verbally and mentally abusive with my sick father. I hope these women are pleased with themselves for threatening and traumatizing a severely ill old man, and I hope anyone that reads this thinks twice about bringing their aging parents anywhere near this office. Dr. Tee should be ashamed at the incompetence of his team and the hostile nature of his environment. Further, he should be ashamed of how he, a cardiologist, failed to support a more that twenty year patient, and do nothing about it. Is it that they over committed to patients and want to get rid of the elderly? Sure sounds like it me!

In-house Testing is convenient
I recently had cardiac workup with Dr Tee's office. Even though each test was a separate appointment, they were handled professionally and timely. Each test was explained well and I felt in I was in good hands.

Dr, Tee has saved my life more than once in the last 19 years. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. Sometimes I get called in after my scheduled appointment time but that's because he was delayed with emergencies, I was the cause of him being significantly late once too. He surrounds himself with the best of the best and when an issue is outside of his realm he will refer you. I have never been disappointed.

I just got him as cardiologist in Jan 2017. Saw him 2 times and not impressed that much. Last time I saw him he did not listen to my heart or do an EKG. He has good credentianls supposedly.

Have recommended The Dr. to many people. Have gone to him for eight years and have the fullest faith and confidence in him. The only complaint I have is with whoever takes care of the phones....it is poor! But patience and you will get through.....unless they turn them off early and you get the answering service! Like today!

If you have a serious medical problem that needs to be addressed within 2 to 3 days after you've been in the hospital, don't bother making an appointment here. No matter how you try to explain the seriousness of the situation, the "best they can do" is make an appointment 3 weeks ahead. Very disappointed and I haven't even met him in person.

This is one of the most inconsiderate doctors I have ever had the misfortune to see. He makes errors, clear and proven, but refuses to correct them. He ignores his appointment times. He takes others with later appointments ahead of whomever he wants, with no explanation (and they are clearly not in more distress than you.) I waited almost 3 hours past my appointment time for maybe 5 minutes with this doctor, who then got things wrong. I do not recommend Dr. Tee. My horse doctor is better!

dr. tee is friendly and takes the time to explain problems & his plan for patient. the front desk has barrier signs, closed windows and closed doors everywhere that prevents patient asking questions or talking after initial checkin. i waited one hour after my appointment time and had no one come to explain why. many patients came in & out after me and were seen. when the entire waiting room was empty, i was finally called. i explain how upset i was & was casually blownoff. disappointed, i left.
