Dr. Hsiao Bechinski, DO

Dr. Bechinski is an amazing physician. Her bedside manner is immaculate and hard to find. She takes time with her patients and is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that they are taken care of properly. She listens to concerns and is very compassionate. The wait times to be seen are really great too. She gets you in when you need to be seen. Her office staff is also amazing. They are always very kind and compassionate.

Br. B is great, but this new staff has to go. Stacie needs customer handling training. Very poor excuse for a service worker

Dr. B is amazing, she has been available for me after hours for emergencies on several occasions. Scheduling is great, and her office staff has been wonderful.

Dr. Bechinski is an incredible primary care physician. As of my most recent visit, August 2022, she has all new staff who were great to work with. Dr. Bechinski genuinely cares about her patients well-being.

Dr. B is very good, she takes the time to explain things. Doesn't leave till she knows you understand. Very personable and genuinely cares. Her staff on the other hand... they act like they'd rather be anywhere else in the world than there working. As if the patient is an inconvenience. I haven't let them stop me yet.

She always takes her time to listen and explain things. She is a doctor that really care about her patients and will go above & beyond for you! I'm so thankful I found a GREAT doctor!!

Dr Bechinski is a good doctor; she takes time to listen to concerns as well as provide educated feedback. She explains things thoroughly so there is no ambiguity. Unforturnately her current staff leaves alot to be desired. The women she has working in the office have been rude to not only myself but to one of my other doctors as well (they hung up on the doctor). I have had to have blood drawn at Dr. B's and i could hear the nurse in the office complaining how she did not want to take my blood. She then came in to draw my blood and was very unproffessional about doing so. I am sorry Dr. B, but i will be finding a new primary care physician...not because of you but becasue of your staff. They are an outward reflection of you and they do not make you look good in the light they are casting. Would like to keep you as a doctor, but i am not about to tolerate your staff. Sorry.

In Feb ‘17 I wrote a review stating that Dr. Bechinski’s staff does not reflect her level of excellence. Well, I’m happy to say now that her current staff is awesome.

Dr. Bechinski is a wonderful doctor who really care about her patients.

After many years of making excuses I am finally fed up! Can't keep office staff, always a turnover. Not only are they rude but very unprofessional. They've actually answered the phone "yeah". They NEVER return phone calls especially if your waiting for a referral or test result! Diagnosing was mainly done by Dr asking other Drs!? Actually was sent to a surgeon (with me protesting) only to have them look at me like I was crazy! All I needed was physical therapy!

I have been with Dr. Bechinski for 6 years. I see her once a month faithfully. She always takes her time to listen and explain things to me. I drive from Detroit just to see her. Staff is great also scheduling and in and out in about half hour to 45 minutes. I would recommend her to anyone.

Doctor bechinski is very caring and wonderful to her patients. Gets me in and out as soon as possible. Calling to make appointments is much better and easier since some new staff. I would highly recommend her for any of your needs..

My experience with this office has been horrible. Calls are not returned, in fact you can go into the office and not be acknowledged by staff. The gal that is the main point of contact for the office is down right rude! She called to apologize after hanging up on me then exhibited the same unprofessional, rude behavior the next time I called the office for follow-up. I requested contact from the Doctor and never was able to talk to her despite numerous messages. Doctor keeps you waiting 45 min
