I have been a patient for over 10 years and was happy for most of it. The office changed from University Medicine to another name and everything went down hill from there. The personal care is gone and now its like big business, the thing that threw me over the edge was that I was told that my sons blood work had an issue and we needed to have it redone. No explanation, just do it. We did and then I called and called and called for results, this is my kid and I had to latterly beg for help.
