Dr. Hugh Zadeh, MD

I would not recommend Dr. Hugh Zadeh. His inability to talk with his patients or discuss the process is unacceptable. I was suppose to receive a consultation to see if my tooth could be saved or if extraction was needed. I received nothing. My tooth broke he said nothing. He left so much string in my mouth I considered cutting it myself. And further confirmation that he is a Dr counting numbers and not caring for his patients is how he ended my visit. Dr. Zadeh asked me if I had meds at home. I replied yes amoxicillin and he left. No care if I had enough, when I received them nothing. Luckily the nurse that followed up with me did and sent a prescription in. I would NOT recommend Dr Hugh B. Zadeh.

My daughter had her 3 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Zadeh. It was an amazing experience altogether. The procedure was extremely quick and painless. No complication after the procedure. Timely follow-up call by Dr. Zadeh the same afternoon checking on our daughter with proper medication prescribed. Extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend him!!

I was referred to Dr. Zadeh by my dentist after 3 appointments of extreme pain in a particular tooth. He took a 2 minute look in my mouth and dismissed me saying I was clenching my teeth in my sleep... Well, that was not the case...I had 2 absesses and needed a route canal which will now result in a tooth being pulled and an implant not to mention the months of pain I endured...If he had have taken more than 2 minutes and not dismissed me so quickly as he did, he could have saved my tooth. I would not recommend him at all. Terrible manners, didn't listen to me at all and was completely dismissive.

I entered surgery on 3/21/17 to remove my wisdom tooth which was impacted against a molar. Half way through the procedure this dentist informed me that he would remove only half the tooth because if he tried to remove the entire tooth he might cause "damage to a nerve which might cause permanent tingling in my face and even paralysis.". No other explanation of the surgical risks were provided and no other treatment options were discussed such as removing the molar instead.

The physician did a very nice job with the extraction and implant. The assistants were thorough. My only concern with continuing to go to this practice was a lackluster billing/accounting office that has not returned a almost 400 refund in a timely manner. Unfortunately I had to call another location and talk to their billing rep to get to the bottom of why it was not processed in a timely manner. Customers are won and lost at the front desk.

The worst experience we have had with a medical professional. Our daughter's first surgery of any kind (the removal of wisdom teeth) and all of the staff were very rude, chewing gum, making faces when we asked questions about the insurance rates. We had already talked to the insurance company and had the company call their office the day before, but when we arrived for the surgery they quoted us a much higher rate.
