Unsupportive in terms of Treatment Plan
I saw Dr. Xu for ptsd for us military service in combat. She was unsupportive of my views of which meds to be on. She provided medical guidance that wasn’t in line with those recommendable in the medical condition, and my ptsd got worse.

Excellent Dr and Staff
Telehealth
I have been a patient for several months, in regards to the previous post. I would like to speak up for Tawanda the office manager, she has always been of great help and assistant if I've had any issues with scheduling, or a bill. Whatever it was, she immediately resolved it She's very professional, this person probably didn't get enough of her controlled meds she was seeking like most complainers. Then it's the entire office fault! My advise to anyone contact the office for yourself, speak to the No or Dr Xu and especially Tawanda for yourself, and then draw your option. These people care about their patients. This patient that previously wrote this and sent that, definitely should be in a mental hospital! Sorry, but it seems that way Lady.

Beware Office Manager
Beware of this place and run! It was particularly shocking to experience such profound disappointment with a mental health care office, where one would expect to encounter compassion and support. Instead, the environment contradicted the anticipated caring atmosphere dedicated to mental health. The office manager decided to terminate me as a patient through an email after intercepting my message to the Dr.Xu, wherein I reported her and another staff member's questionable actions regarding my husband's repeated mistakes of dosage. belittling him when he questioned it. Despite our shock and providing evidence from the portal of medication history that confirmed the exact dose he has been taking for over six years, Tawanda accused me of bullying by email and claimed that my communications were filled with crisis without recognizing my father days to live as a tremendous loss insult me labeling a crisis life. Shameful
