Did not care !
Refused to refill an emergency supply of necessary diabetic drugs, until I can come in for a follow up visit, could result in a diabetic coma! Or death!!

Best Doctor I've ever had! I would not go anywhere else. I trust both of these doctors so much. They have been taking care of me for years .

Made an early appt for physical. First of all a one man clinic with full waiting area is a red flag. Waited over an hour to see him. Never saw him. Had to leave. Don’t understand why the office scheduled me for a physical when he was already overbooked! Staff was friendly but didn’t seem surprised that a patient was leaving because dr was taking too long. No apologies or explanation given. If you are looking for a new dr in Farmers Branch I do not recommend Dr Lopez UNLESS you don’t work or have any obligations and have enough cell data to sit around and wait for him.
