Appointment was quick but he was rude
Just like the reviewers on here states, he’s pretty rude. I had a telehealth appointment with him and it’s not my problem that his side of the connection was terrible. He asked me “are you on speaker” in the most condescending ruse tone because I had to ask in a polite tone “could you please repeat that” a couple times. He sounded irritated for no reason and I did nothing to him. I feel bad for anyone using him as PCP. The one star is given because I got what I wanted but it seems humanity is lost in him as he lacked patient care, thoughtfulness and compassion. He seems like a miserable person.

Incredibly RUDE..Beware
Tulu… and I hesitate to call him doctor, Is incredibly unhinged and unknowledgeable on disease Pathologies. He is perverse and completely disgusting. He is completely power struck. I received terrible care.

Worst "doctor" I've encountered yet
Mr. Tulu abruptly ended my Teladoc visit without warning or explanation (hanging up on me, essentially) bc he was frustrated I wasn't able to TELL HIM what to prescribe me for my sinus infection. Despite speaking with me, he said I didn't answer and missed the appt entirely. He seemed incredibly annoyed I had 3 meds I'm unable to take and kept insisting I tell him what to prescription I needed. I am not a doctor, therefore I'm not sure what my best option is, which is why I scheduled an appt. After an hour and 15 mins on the phone w customer svc I received a new appt. It was urgently noted on my file that he was NOT to take my new appt, but he did anyway and bc this was via phone vs video like I was initially scheduled, I wasn't aware it was the same "doctor." I received the same level of "care" with him the second time, demanding I tell him what to prescribe me. Thankfully after another 60 mins w CS I got a 3rd appt w a great doctor who took a whole 12 mins to address my concerns.

If I could I would give him zero star! Worst doctor! Lacks compassion! Arrogant and cocky with no sense of urgency! Doesn’t listen to your concerns! Run don’t walk away from him!!!
