Dr. Poarch is a caring, knowledgeable doctor.
What is most striking about him is that if he doesn't know something about some esoteric illness, he will tell you that, and then he will do the research either while you are there, or after your appointment is finished. In the latter case, he always gets back to you soon with answers.
