He had not looked at, nor did he have my chart/questionnaire during telehealth appointment. He did not explain what should be avoided after prolotherapy treatment (all NSAIDS). He did not have me sign my consent until I was on my way out the door; did not tell me all of the ingredients in the injection. Pain increased significantly, and did not improve once treatment pain subsided. Did not answer the email I sent him afterward.

The doctor for the first time meeting him seems like he is an expert. He listened to me and my concerns and I feel very comfortable in his diagnosis and direction with my medical treatment for my back. I love Orthohealing. Dr. Vincent has provided me a few consultations. He is easy to talk to, a good listener, and always present when we meet. It never feels like he is distracted with his phone and rushing to see someone else. He is incredibly knowledgeable and provides well thought out diagnoses. He also takes the time to explain things to me and answer all my questions. He is very attentive to my follow up care. From start to finish I always feel like I am getting the best medical care with Dr. Vincent.

Dr Vincent is incredible! He is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. He takes time with his patients, answers all questions, explains procedures thoroughly and above all, he creates hope for healing. All interactions with Dr Vincent are unparalleled!
