Dr. H. Lee Adkins, I'm so glad I found him he's like the family doctor that came to your home and treated you so caring, knowledgeable, friendly, professional. I was very happy he knew what I have and took the time to explain to me my dx and treatment plan. He's down to earth and very casual and I like that no show doctor... GREAT JOB DR. I have been going Dr Adkins for annual reviews and other wellness checks and find him personable and easy to talk to. He has made some good diagnoses and referrals for me and listens to me. My only reason for not giving a 5 is that he has had a problem in past in getting adequate front desk staff. I believe this has now improved.

18 one star ratings should tell you enough. Run away from this place. I have never been subjected to such horrible service in my life. Staff has NO CLUE what they are doing and want to blame United Healthcare for everything. Not sure where the staff is educated but it is apparent they rcv not training at all.. BTW..when they charge you for a service they should not charge you for, you will have to spend months chasing them to get your money back.. Better healthcare in a 3rd world Country..

I have found Dr. Adkins to be a caring physician. On our first visit he took his time and took a thorough history. He did an EKG and ordered other tests that my other doctors had not done. I believe my visit to Dr. Adkins most likely saved my life. I find his nurse and other staff to be friendly and professional.

Dr. Adkins has been caring for my family for a long time, and he has always provided great service to us! He has substantially helped me control my diabetes and asthma, and my father with his COPD. Plus, his staff are always welcoming and kind to me.. and the office always smells nice!

After 3 months of PT, my therapist recommended I go back to see Dr. Adkins for xrays/MRIs to find out what was going on with my back. When I returned to see Dr. Adkins he was dismissive of the fact that I may have something truly wrong with my back, he spoke over me, would not listen, was offended when I asked questions, insinuated nothing was wrong with me, and then he left the room like a child having a temper tantrum and said he didn't have time for this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO ELSEWHERE!
