Inconsiderate & Audaciously Presumptuous
Terrible experience. Sat in the exam room for half-hour. No staff contact during that time. Started to feel faint from fasting due to expected lab work. Went to front desk & informed them I needed to leave. When Tarawneh wrote his notes re. the 'visit', he insinuated that I left without notifying any staff. This was a blatant falsehood. He noted the time spent on reviewing my case, then noted that he didn't charge for that. When I made a complaint regarding these facts, a staff member made contact. She informed me that Tarawneh wasn't aware that I had notified the front desk. I replied informing her that this is just proof that Tarawneh had no real interest in this patient. He didn't even check with the front desk on the status of the pt. That he waited until appt time to review this pt's case - & didn't even have the courtesy to inform the pt. that was waiting in the exam room of the situation - told me all I needed to know. Wouldn't trust my care to this inconsiderate physician.
