Blessing in disguise
I switched to Dr. Imam after my health insurance was suddenly dropped after 5 years by my previous network of doctors. It was upsetting, but turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Not only is the support staff much better than what I had been used to, the doctor himself is very knowledgable and suddenly my health is improving. A fresh set of eyes has been beneficial to uncovering issues I have been dealing with. Both doctors I have switched to in the Ascension network have been excellent.

Monthly medication refills and test results &morei
He took plenty of time explaining my recent blood test results. I take 2 prescriptions that I have to have random drug tests, he helped me get the price down on one rx from over $100 to $8. . He reminded me of needing a mammogram and other needed procedures by the end of the year. I am 71 talk to him about senior aches and pains and he takes the time to explain what needs to be treated or referred and what I can take care of. He patiently listens to my family problems and always asks about my granddaughter, who is often with me. At 71, I’ve been to a lot of doctors and he is a good primary care physician and cares about his patients and a decent man

Takes his time with elderly patients
I recently found Dr Imam to be my Mother's primary care doctor. She is elderly and post throat cancer treatment in 2021. He was so very patient with her in her first visit. He really cares and wanted to know all about her various issues she is now having due to the damage done by the chemo and radiation. He even called me on a Saturday to check on her, when she had an urgent problem arise during the prior week. She can be a little irritable and the office staff is aways very patient with her. I'm very glad I found him and would highly recommend him. The only problem is that since he's good doctor he is busy and it's difficult to get in quickly. If there is an urgent need and he's not available, usually another doctor in the practice and see her.

Patient
Dr Hussain is great, but the staff is not responding, if you call the office, or God forbidden the nurse, to talk to, you will not be so lucky. You can reach Whitehouse before you got somebody on the phone. Horrible services on this site
