Always Overbooking
Have no issues with the treatment although nothing ever seems to get resolved. Problem I have is with him overbooking and cancelling appointments. I have had 3 appointments and the office called a day ahead of time to reschedule due to overbooking, which was another 6 weeks away. Very poor customer service. After the 2rd time this happened I have had enough and will find another ENT that cares about patients and doesnt overbook.

The whole office is a bunch of half wits Please don't waste your time! All he wants is money! $350.00 before you are seen by doctor or he wont see you!

Quick appointment, quick CT scan and quick results but the doctor is very difficult to understand. I need surgery but if I can’t understand you or communicate with you then I’m getting another opinion. Office staff isn’t too friendly and they look miserable. The doctor questioned my medical conditions which are verifiable in the LVHN website, which he didn’t even look at when I suggested it. Technology is clearly not his friend.

Horrible experience! If you're having issues go somewhere else bc Dr. Malik has zero intention of helping you. I had been suffering from ear infections for some time now (sometimes in both ears). Whenever I would go see this doctor he would literally just look in my ears and tell me I'm fine, despite me being in pain. Even though he kept telling me I was fine he insisted on follow ups, why if there was nothing wrong? He does nothing to help, just hands you a bill. AVOID THIS DOCTOR!!!

Dr Malik gave me prescriptions but didn't tell me their purpose. He spoke in my left ear communicating when I told him I cannot hear in my left but he continued. He did not tell me what he found when looking into my ear, nose, and throat. I left more confused because I had more information about my condition from my PCP than Dr Malik gave. Confused and will never return.

I have been seeing Dr. Mailk for approximately 8 years. I had an emergency appointment to see Dr. Malik (I tried to get an appt. for 3 days prior) for an ongoing issue. I was happy once the staff member took my information (confirmation details to show I was already a patient of his standard -name, DOB, insurance details (only double checking what was already in their system)). Prior to going into office staff (NAZANEEN, Daughter of Dr. Malik) called me up to window to advise I had a balance t

I saw Dr. Malik a couple times years ago. Sinus surgery was recommended at that time. I put it off, and then put it off some more. After years of this, I went back with the worst sinus infection I've ever experienced. I pulled the trigger on sinus surgery. It was a great experience...it went way better than expected. I wish I did it years ago. The staff was helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Malik to others.

I have been waiting for a month to see the doctor. I am having a problem. Next week is my appointment and they cancelled my appointment and cannot see me for three more weeks even though I am having a problem. The office staff told me to go to the ER if I was feeling that bad. I have already seen my doctor and had tests done and was told I needed to see an ENT. Waiting a month when sick is bad enough but now extending it is irresponsible.
