Dr Z has been my primary doctor for several years and has provided me excellent care, is very thorough, always seems to know what I need, and I believe she is a large reason why I'm still alive today. I am thankful everyday that I have her as my doctor.

Terrible horrible no good. She is a mean person and should not be a doctor. Run away do not even think about seeing her.

My visit and experience with this doctor was terrible. I never finished my free consultation, as it was impossible to communicate with this doctor. She doesn’t hear anything that the patient says to her, she is not interested in your complaints and illnesses. She can leave the office at any time without telling you anything and stand in the corridor for half an hour, laughing and chatting with her colleagues. The most cynical and arrogant doctor ever. Treats patients disrespectfully. Such doctors do not know how to treat, but do more harm to their patients. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone and would advise anyone to stay away from her.

I can be accommodating to us being in the middle of a medical crisis but this ENTIRE health center is full sub par “professionals” who literally have no idea what is going on. I had a referral appointment for an OBGYN with Doctor Zagvazdina. It has been a week and this place hasn’t even sent my referral to my insurance WHICH IS REQUIRED FOR ME TO SEE A DOCTOR TO INSURE MY CHILD IS IDK STILL LIVING. Literally all they would need to do at this point would be call my insurance company and square it away. They won’t. I’ve called 60 different times and talked to multiple people (none which seem to understand how exactly referral’s work) multiple message machines and none of these people are my doctor which I’ve requested multiple times. This place, this doctor, the whole situation is a nightmare. So much so that I’m having to switch my primary care manager in order to get my referral. I’d rather swallow battery acid then deal with these people ever again.

Rudest person I have ever met. I can't believe she's actually a doctor. (Are we sure about that?) She is never on time and if you ask her any questions she gets annoyed and treats you like you are an idiot. Does not tell you the results of your tests and and if you ask she acts as if you have put her out. After her incredible rudeness and unprofessional conduct at my last visit asked her why she was so rude and she was not happy. I walked out and immediately requested a new doctor. Run!

Had to wait 2 hours just to get into the doctors office! Then when we got there she was SUPER rude and showed no interest, didn’t answer any questions! The only thing she did was fight verbally and be rude! Worst doctor I have EVER been too!!!! If I could leave a 0 I would!

Dr Zagvazdina is rarely available. Her office is unable to schedule appointments successfully. I've made two appointments which both had been cancelled and the soonest day for rescheduling was 2 months latter. After this happening twice, I have changed my primary care physician to a doctor who can provide better care.

Nearly impossible to reach the office! Every time I call them, no one answers!!! I've been calling them all morning and the only time my call was answered I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Not a good service! Not sure about doctor's qualifications as I can't even talk to the office.
