Never met a prescription he didn't like
My child was struggling with a neurological condition and we were unfortunately assigned to Dr. Rossman. He was very thorough, but he is very quick to prescribe several medications and doesn't advise starting one at a time to see how the child might respond. For my child, they are very sensitive to medication and had many adverse reactions from previous medications. Dr. Rossman is dismissive and mentioned that it wasn't a big deal and he has pediatric patients taking large amounts he mentioned 50 plus pills, twice per day. I thought he might be joking, but he was not. He wanted to add new medications to my child's regimen in addition to increasing a medication that they were already not tolerating. It was very bizarre, and my child, 7 at the time, noted that this doctor made them feel uneasy and they didn't like that he interrupted me. He fished for answers to meet diagnostic criteria. Not recommended.

Do Not Recommend
Dr Rossman was extremely condescending to both me and my child. He seemed very set on a diagnosis at the beginning of the visit. He asked my child leading questions to get the answers he was looking for to match his diagnosis, sometimes taking my child's words completely out of context and exaggerating them in order to meet his diagnosis criteria. When I asked questions he told me I could 'huff and puff' all I wanted but he didn't have answers for me. Either he didn't read the reports from the EMTs and doctors we saw previously, or he chose to ignore relevant info. This was an unbelievably frustrating way to be treated with a scared and exhausted child.

We started seeing Dr. Rossman earlier this year. I found him to be patient, highly knowledgeable and took his time explaining things to us. Highly recommend him, he is wonderful.

Terrible. Speaking about things he doesn’t understand. Rude. Incorrect. A true idiot. I’d never trust my child in his care. Steer clear of this sorry excuse for a doctor.

Not explain well on details, eager to 100% claim something, but lack of evidence. Would teach you how to be parents.

Dr. Rossman was extremely condescending towards my autistic son (his Patient) and me (his patient's mother) during my son's telehealth appointment. He actually accused my son of making up his symptoms from watching a 'Tick-Tock' video! He did not listen to his symptoms either, which was obvious after reading Dr. Rossman's Notes (which were unprofessional to say the least). I'm certain that no parent that want's to bring their child to a doctor's appointment to be disrespected and hurt. There is a chance that Dr. Rossman will treat your child (and you) with respect... if he arbitrarily feels like you and your child are deserving, but you and your child are worth more that that! Not to mention, there is a the reason you go to a doctor in the first place!

Dr. Rossman is a fantastic doctor. He treats adult and children. He not only has great clinical knowledge, but he is always caring and compassionate. He helped me understand my treatment options when I presented newly diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in a way that helped lessen my fears. Dr. Rossman is always supportive and manages to provide a positive outlook as I have dealt the the bumps in the road that come along with a diagnosis of a chronic disease.
