Not sure who is more incompetent the Dr. or staff
For nearly a month we were manipulated into believe that this doctor would sign a form that my wife needed in order to drive. She has epilepsy and the doctor indicated that she would need an EEG. She got this immediately. He apparently has no connection to the UH results. So after a week of not hearing anything, we contact them and are told they received the results and to call back and he will fill it out, then after 3 days they somehow lose them. After I am forced to bring a new set of results to them he reviews them and says he couldn't fill out the paper that we would need to see a neurologist even though the EEG showed no signs of seizures. Well he should have indicated that to begin with instead of making sure he got his cut of the pie. Terrible experience in every way. I wouldn't have this guy treat me if I was laying bleeding in the street. I'd give no stars if I could for this review.

Negligent.
Saw Dr. Bshara as a new patient for a routine physical. He ordered lab work and a mammogram. I ended up with an abnormal mammogram and he never called to tell me of the results or to advise what my next steps should be. Luckily, the cleveland clinic sent a letter informing me that it was abnormal and I needed to follow up. However, his lack of communication, difficulty getting through to his office, and apathetic office staff made trying to schedule follow up imaging far more difficult than it should have been.

Worse office I've been to
Call office waited 25min on hold was hung up on called back was told doc would call by end of day NEVER HAPPEN so get a call next day by the lady who admitted to hanging up on me she was calling about next appt Not for reason I needed fixed. Also think Dr was hoping My hemoglobin was high so they could put me on diabetes medicine because it also acts like a diet pill. REALLY!!! fine a different doctor this one just practices a socialized medicine and doesn't care because if he did I would have received a call.

He should not be practicing anymore.Hes too old and seems to be very forgetful that he needed a nurse practitioner to make sure he doesn't mess anything up..1st he couldn't get my medication right . I'm epilepsy and he kept saying take your keppra take your keppra!!REALLY I'm not on keppra and camt be..then he starts to bash medical cannibas saying it won't help epilepsy lmao yet all his addicting drugs have never helped me..theyve only made things worse..He needs a review and to be retired.

No complaints about Dr Bshara, but the nurses ( at least the ones I dealt with) were super rude and incompetent. For a simple blood test they tried 4 times so I left the office with 4 bruises for a simple blood test, and at the end when I asked for a break down of fee (which they made us pay in cash), she got angry, yelled at us and slammed the door in our face! will never go there again.
