Dr. Ibrahim Joulak, MD

My daughter was born premature bc of his neglect! He neglected me as a patient. If he actually did blood work, urine, blood pressure, he would have been able to catch the preeclampsia in time. I almost died, and my daughter was premature and lives with tons of life long medical issues because of him. He only spends 5 mins with you, he rushes, and definitely bad for high risk patients. But I don’t recommend anyone go to him. He should have his license removed. He is way to over booked, clearly shows he’s just for the money over peoples well being.

Dr Joulak is great. The office is always clean and neat. No complaints about staff. Everyone has always been super nice.

I don’t see how you could use another doctor after going to him. My wife and I had our beautiful baby girl delivered by Dr. Joulak. I can say nothing but great things about him. We always saw him at our appointments, yes you have to wait sometimes but after every appointment we always walked out with a smile and happy and it’s worth any wait with the care he gives to his patients. I recommended Dr. Joulak to some of our friends who are trying, with the knowledge he has I can honestly say he’s the best of the best.

I just had my last postpartum appointment with him this week and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t shed a tear in the parking lot knowing I won’t be back to his office for a while. Myself as well as my husband recommend him to EVERYONE! It is very rare to find a doctor who lets you come in right away when you find out you are pregnant. I called asking to come in when I was super early and they welcome me with open arms that very week. Dr Joulak is a one man show at his office. You’ll get to know him over time seeing him at every visit, building a relationship with him, and then being able to know that it will be him delivering your baby is surreal. He took his time with me every appointment and answered every crazy question with good recommendations. He eased my mind during an ultrasound scare we had. During delivery, our sweet girl had the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck twice and he was able to unravel it so quickly and with confidence that our baby was never in any distress.

I had many great experiences between the birth of my son & regular checks up. He was there for me when I was at my lowest & very understanding. He did everything that I had asked him to during my labor & delivery. Being a solo physician his practice can be hectic but he is ALWAYS there for his patients & tries to make sure he can see them on their time. He’s very accommodating! I loved that every appointment I was able to see my OB throughout my pregnancy. I’ve been with him since he was working alongside another doctor in Lowell, so over 7 years. I won’t go anywhere else, he’s a phone call away & gets you in & out in a timely manner. I felt super comfortable to talk about anything & never felt judged. Would highly recommend.

I have been a patient with Dr Joulak over 5 years now he has delivered 2 c sections baby’s for me one at Lowell general which the nurses there where so rude and terrible. My second baby at holy family hospital was night and day so smooth was out recovering with my baby in no time. Recently had a DNC after my baby had no heart beat. His team with there cause was outstanding they did everything to make sure I was ok and my recovery. Both Joulak and his brother are the most amazing doctors out there I travel 2 hours for weekly appointments to see them high risk I would do it ten times over the up most respect for him as a one man show practice. Don’t get no better then them.

Wouldn’t have anyone but him deliver any future baby, this man is amazing all my children are healthy and him and his team made everything as easy and worry free as possible. Not a single complaint

Horrible experience! My daughter was recently delivered by this provider ( all though I can use another term ) he has no bedside manner what so ever, the baby ripped her so he had to sticth her and used no anesthetic, and as he finished up , he stated Congratulations! next time plan for a C-section, what doctor would say that to a first time mom! never again DON'T GO TO HIM!

I had heard nothing but great reviews about Joulak. When I called to schedule my initial appointment they were able to see me within a week which was amazing I thought. The day of my first appointment I waited 2 hours past my scheduled time with nobody mentioning they were running behind at check-in. I was with the doctor for about 5 minutes... not sure how one can be running that behind when they rush their patients out. This behavior continued for weeks, causing me to pointlessly leave work early without pay to wait hours without mention from his staff. His lack of consideration is clear as day and it seems money means more than his patients to him. He is overbooked, rushes patients, and overall not an OB I would ever again see or recommend to anyone I genuinely care about. You can find far more considerate and knowledgeable doctors at other practices, and they'll even give you a folder of pregnancy and practice information.

We called the office to get more information on labs that where done. Requested to speak to the doctor. He answered the phone with what do you want. I do not recommend him for any families especially those who may have high risk pregnancies. During a time of happiness and so much unsurtentee you need a better relationship and communication from your provider.

Definitely 5 stars!!!! Always have such a great experience. This is undoubtedly the best medical office that I have been to. Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor are amazing and make you feel welcome and cared for. Great service. I am so satisfied with the care. Dr. Joulok make you feel supported and informed and make you feel completely comfortable. He has never rushed my appointments and takes his time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Options are discussed in great detail. Throughout my pregnancies,delivery, and thereafter I have felt heard and supported. Any concern I had was met with patience, transparency, and reassurance. would highly recommend.

Only OB I will ever go to, he’s the best

Love Dr Joulak ! Has always made me feel comfortable and calmed my nerves about any concerns I had about my baby or myself. Have gone to him for both my babies and recommend him to any expecting mother! So genuine and funny!

Absolutely love Dr.Joulak I highly recommend him. He is kind, caring and gave me peace of mind throughout my pregnancy. He delivered my first son and it went really well. He stuck by my husband and I’s side from the beginning and did everything he could to ensure that I had an amazing birthing experience. I will be coming back to see him with all my future pregnancies!

Joulak is the best doctor ever ! He’s help me deliver my first babygirl . I was 15 when I gave birth to her & my labor wasn’t the easy at all . But he stay by my side and made sure everything will be alright for me and my daughter. Best doctor ever ! Thank you for everything you do joulak! Highly recommended!

There's a huge lack of concern from this doctor my appointments last about five minutes I've never been asked if I'm doing well if I'm taking my prenatal vitamins no resources considering the fact that I have a toddler and about to have an infant( parenting advice) nothing. The doctors good at taking five or seven pictures and emailing them to you. pictures that you can't even make out and considers his job done. Again no genuine concern for my well-being or my soon to be baby

Absolutely love this doctor and I recommend him to anyone who is looking for an OBGYN. He is very polite and very caring about his patients and there needs. He delivered my first son and I wouldn't change it! He is very respectful and has great bed side manner.

Love joulak he is sweet and cares about his patients. He's funny. And his appointments are usually right on time! I love this doctor and recommend all my pregnant friends and family to him

Wonderful Experience for my daughter having her first baby, He always had answers to her questions and made sure that everything she needed was taken care of. Straight forward doctor w/ the best bedside manners. She lived in Lowell and in her 3rd mth she moved home which is 59 miles away from his practice and my daughter felt so comfortable with him, she wanted to keep Dr Joulak as her obgyn, Aftermeeting him and after the experience, I would travel 100 miles for him to be her doctor
