Dr. Ifeoma Eleazu, MD

I had Rotator Cuff tie surgery about two months ago, and recently I started having a fever, cold, and chills. I called in to make an appointment to see her. She is the best. She attended to all my issues and checked the place of the surgery to see if there was any swelling or inflammation. Recommend I do some blood work to make sure all is well. She is a great listener and very understanding of the concerns I have. Dr. Eleazu, you and your caregiver at Kaiser East Clinic provide the best care. My family and I have always felt safe and at ease every time we are there because of your excellent service. Thank you again for all you do.

She took more than expected time to thoroughly examine me. She explained with clarity, every labs and my questions. I left fully satisfied. I strongly recommend her if you need something that gives attention to details with compassion.

I was on time to this appointment but she came in a half hour late. I had taken a phone call from daughter when she came in. This was a 1:45 call I was halfway through when came in. When she saw me on the phone she asked me I wanted to reschedule my appointment that SHE WAS 30 MINUTES LATE TOO. She was not helpful with my situation at all. She told me she could not see me without a nurse in the room me being Male and she a Female. I have had Female Doctors my entire adult life and if this is true first time it has been told to me. I have never had a Doctor and a Nurse in the room for a exam. I took me a month to git this appointment and will take me another month to git in again. I said what my problem was when I made the appointment She shouldn't take on New Patients and not read what there problems are when they assign her they're Primary Care Physician. I saw her at Kaiser. I had chest pain, heart palpitations & felt like I would faint. These symptoms were only occasional. She was quick to jump to conclusions and did not ever hear me out or seem like she cared. It seemed like she would try to diagnose you before you got a chance to even tell her what was wrong. She tried to say I had anxiety but it turned out the chest pain was acid reflux and the other hasn't been officially diagnosed, but I believe now it was dehydration. Very arrogant Dr.

Dr. Eleazu helped give me a diagnosis I had been searching for for awhile. However, when the treatment she gave me did not do what it was supposed to, she gave up and told me there was nothing else for her to do. When I had a phone appointment to discuss this, she was frustrated that I had even contacted her about it and offered no support of help. Do no choose this doctor as a PCP if you want someone who cares and is helpful in helping you find out whats wrong.

I waited almost an hour to see this doctor. She was extremely cold in her bedside manner and did not listen to my full symptoms or medications. She made me feel ashamed because I was not treating my illness to her specifications even though I was going to the doctor to get help. She refused to give me medications that I have been on for years because she didn't "believe" in it. Was only given 15 minutes for apt. Will not be returning and will tell everyone I know to stay away from her
