Extremely insensitive, rude, dismissive, the list could on. Does not show empathy. Does not care. His staff is incompetent and rude as well. Made seeking care an extremely unpleasant experience.

Been seeing Dr. Borisov for 8 years. Takes the time to answer your questions, explain health options. No nonsense kind of Doctor.

Both my wife and I love Dr Borisov. He is both smart and wise. He is on top of latest developments. My wife had a strange rash/allergy which defied diagnosis. He tested her blood and said be here tomorrow as I think you might have an infection or virus. Next day on her arrival he walked her to the Rose ER where she received the complete sepsis alert treatment. Tentative diagnosis was Stevens-Johnson syndrome which can be fatal if not properly treated in a timely manner. She was later moved to a burn ICU in case her skin issues became worse. Her timely treatment led to her early recovery and a wonderful outcome. Dr Borisov's timely intervention and choice of blood tests most likely saved her life according to other Doctors. Thank you Dr. Borisov. Thank you Rose ER doctors and Nurses. Thank you Swedish Burn ICU and Dr Daniali Our family owes you all big time.

No matter what time of day you call, asking for a call back to a simple question, you will not get it. Only physician I have ever dealt with who does not return phone calls at lunch or end of day.

I was a half an hour late so I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room hoping to get in. I went up to the desk and they said it would be another 20 minutes which at that point I decided to reschedule. They already taken my $35 copay and then told me it would be another $50 for a no-show. I think that's ridiculous so I locked my bank card locked out of the office and will never be back. I don't do business with idiots.

Warm, understanding. Willing to take as much time as necessary to listen and work with patients. I've Been a patient of Dr Borisov and his staff for more than a year after a recommendation by my most trusted best friend. A wonderful , patient centered healer supported by a caring personable very capable staff.

Dr, Borisov always remembered my name, explained why he was ordering specific tests had been ordered, and he then sat down and explained results. I hated leaving Denver for only one reason!! Dr. Borisov would not be my MD anymore.

Dr. Borisov is an excellent doctor and is all about timeliness, the correct medical advice for the patient and making your experience as quick as possible. i would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a PCP or needs a wonderful doctor and clinic.
