Appointment was easy to make and staff was very accommodating. Dr. Safir was very helpful and thorough in his analysis of my problem. Highly recommend this practice for anyone dealing with prostate problems.

Professional and timely
Throughout my entire appointment I found everyone professional and helpful. The appointment was scheduled for 8:00am and it started on time. Dr Safir explained everything in detail and allowed time for my questions.

Doctor is great but office staff only 1 1/2 star
Arrived at the office, 2-9, for a scheduled appointment only to find out Dr. Safir was not in the office. No one called to reschedule or cancel appointment. So my father left a urine sample and I was told by Monday I should get results and be able schedule his scope procedure. Called office yesterday at 4:45pm closed even though recording said open until 5pm. So now it’s Wednesday called again 9:30am. It’s now 1pm no return call!Very disappointing.

What you would hope your doctor would be
Dr. Safir actually listens to you and then does diligence to solve the issue. He treats you with respect and is open to hearing what you have researched on your own. If you have an urgent issue he will make sure to see you quickly and gets back to you with test results.

Dr. Safir explained things carefully and used a visual diagram to explain the issue! He made sure we understood what the issue I was having when we went to the emergency room. He came in during middle of the night to do surgery. During the follow up visit he ensured we understood what happened in the emergency room and set the expectations for moving forward!
