I had a frustrating experience at this facility, which seems to have the slowest medical assistance in Lehigh. Unfortunately, the medical staff appeared disinterested in providing timely help. For instance, I requested a referral to a Pain Management Clinic, and it took over 15 days to receive any response.Additionally, I asked for something as straightforward as a prescription for a medical lidocaine patch, but that request was also not fulfilled. Overall, I found the level of care lacking, and I would not recommend this place if you need prompt medical assistance. It's crucial to have a healthcare provider who prioritizes patient needs, and my experience here fell short of that expectation.

I visited this clinic as I was assigned by my insurance. I received a very good care, Dr. Ileana listened to my problems, she is very pleasant and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Dr. Marquez as a primary care physician. The staff at the clinic was very pleasant, they do my labs on site and the medical assistant are very friendly and their kindness makes you feel as family.

Doctor lacks professionalism to not text during my appointment and pay attention. Dr is listed as bilingual but only speaks Spanish. Failed to call in scripts. i had to follow up several times to get scripts called in. Staff and doctor made transfer of medical records complicated because of lack of communication and disorganization. The staff and doctor lack regard for protecting patients information as it was laying open on desk where anyone could see patients personal and medical information. Doctor also tried to order unnessicary tests that we never discussed during appointment that are not covered by insurance. Doctor also makes multiple unnecessary follow up visits. I was extremely disappointed at first visit, i spoke to administrator and disgust my concerns whom she seemed more together then the rest of the office but a whole office cannot rely on one person. They need to organize, communicate more and they need to think about the patience pocket book not there deep pockets!

Doctor has posted signs that we have to put our phones away yet during my visit she was sending personal texts not listening and making me repeat myself several times. Doctor and office staff was the most disorganized, unprofessional and complete lack of transparency. They made me track down and send medical records 5 times then made me fill out the release they should have done like every other office. They over charged me according to my insurance company. Then on top of it said at visit would call in meds then proceeded to not do so til you hound them for 6 days after. The posted signs all over the place about how they don't tolerate boligerant or irate clients makes a whole lot of sense when you have this much disorganization. Honestly i feel very uncomfortable with how they handled my documents and wonder how secure it really is because if you talk to the administrator she can see that my medical documents were received several times but apparently there office staff cant!
