Dr. Shulman takes time to address all of her patients’ concerns

On February 10th I arrived on time for my 2:40 appointment with Dr Shulman. Unfortunately almost every time she is running late and this was no exception, except worse. I was put in a room and had my vitals taken by the medical assistant. She left and I waited and waited a long time without seeing or hearing from anyone! It was getting close to 4:00 so I decided to leave. On my way out I didn’t see anyone, it was like I was the only one there. If you’re going to leave someone in a room for a long time someone should at least pop in now and then to let them know what is going on!Dr Shulman is a nice person but I can no longer tolerate the lateness.Sherry Brooks

Usually a doctor needs to complain that a patient doesn't show. This time I had a tele appointment and I was very clear that I had a busy day and only had a half hour window. I came on 15 minutes early did all the pre check stuff told them again when I had to leave and Dr Shulman never showed. I know that she gives people her full attention and time, and I appreciate that, so I will give her 3 stars, but if she isn't going to be able to keep an appointment when the patient says over and over how tight their schedule is, that is frustrating. I have not been called back and the office has not reached out to me to reschedule.

Her health care tracking of our needs is impressive. Steve got the tetanus shot that as due. I was asked about my meds and their effectiveness . Dr Shulman doesn’t allow small talk to interrupt her mission of evaluating our health status .

Dr. Shulman always listens to me and explains in terms I can understand what treatment should be.
