For 2 years in a row, Nassif has denied to file FMLA paperwork on my behalf. In spite of being a patient for 7 years and him knowing and giving me my diagnosis. His nurse staff has failed both years to let me know of that decision until the day of the paperwork being due. Meaning I nearly my FMLA status last year and I have no idea what I'm going to do about it this year. I hate to leave a 1 star because I did have good experiences with him as my doctor, but this is unacceptable and I'd hate for this to happen to others.

Not very happy
I came in for a visit (was referred by my primary care doctor) was told he was going to get to the bottom of my issue. Had a colonoscopy done and had zero follow. I had to call for a follow up. Doctor never bothered to call, someone for the office did and was told “nothing was found” and that was it. So I guess I will just live it…

My PCP referred me to Dr.Nassif after some lab testing. After being extremely anxious about the appointment, Dr. Nassif made me feel comfortable, and explained everything so throughly and with empathy! The girls at the front desk were so friendly too! If you want a doctor who cares, Dr.Nassif is a great choice.

Clear your entire schedule
Had an appt last week. Arrived 15 early. Was brought to an exam room , waited in the exam room for over an hour, and the doctor never came in. So I rescheduled. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and lacked empathy that the doctor wasted an hour of my time. I am paid hourly and so I’m missing work to come to this doctors office for help when I could be at work earning my living. They had no regard to my time when I was respectful of theirs. I showed up to the rescheduled appointment which is today as I wrote this review it has been an hour STILL and no doctor. I. do not recommend coming to this facility.

Wonderful
His initial consult was thorough, helpful and outlined the plan. Very sharp and compassionate individual. Then he went about extensive and detailed testing. I could not ask for more. My condition is difficult but he always does all he can and all that is possible.

Checkbox Doctor
"Dr." Nassif is only concerned about one thing, your money. He may work for you if you just want to check a box by getting a checkup. But he is absolutely garbage at diagnosing any real issue you are having (if he even finds the time to try at all). He will not even follow up after your procedure to discuss anything with you. After you've been slapped with the bill, you are out of sight out of mind for Dr. Nassif. Find a better doctor.

After 2 hospital stays where they couldn't find what was wrong with my husband, we went to Dr. Nassif. Dr. Nassif found that he had cancer and a tumor that was blocking his intestines. Dr. Nassif saved his life. He was wonderful to work with. He was caring and got my husband in for immediate surgery. The staff were also friendly and wonderful to work with. I give Dr. Nassif and his team the highest recommendation possible.

Dr. Nassif is a phenomenal doctor. My OB/GYN referred me to him. He took the time to listen to my issues and details without rushing or making me feel uncomfortable. He is the only doctor, after having tried many, who found proper treatment for my condition, making me feel healthy again. His staff are amazing. I absolutely love his nurse Kimberly who is exceptional! She goes well above and beyond the call of duty to care for her patients! I highly recommend this doctor.

I have never been talked to by a physician the way he talked to me- completely rude just because I used his after hour phone system. I will never go back to him- he should treat his patients with care and compassion- not anger.

Staff are rude. Especially if you call because your test results still have not been given to you after 3 weeks. Waiting to find out whether you have a gluten intolerance. Results given were vague not by Dr . Yes I understand 3 times higher than the biopsy results you failed to tell me were not good about a year ago. But what does that mean? Do I need to follow up what now? 3 years I have been waiting for answer's being miss diagnosed by this doctor and that and this is what I have come to

Was referred to Imad by my primary care doctor for stomach problems in the beginning of March. After calling his office several times I finally was scheduled today 4-25-17 at 1:50 p.m. I arrived at 1:35 p.m. with all the necessary intake paperwork filled out as requested. Finally at 2:45 p.m. I gave up on ever getting in to see the doctor at 2:45 p.m. I would think if your office is running 55 minutes late someone might tell the patient that is the case. Zero communication from anyone.
