Best Doctor so far
If you find a doctor who does crossfit you have find your match doctor, why because he/she understands your pain and where you are coming from. Doctor Punekar listened and suggested few exercises before jumping into injections . After a few weeks I came back then got the injections but again he made it clear that doing those PT exercises 4 or 5 times a day was the key . I have been doing that and feeling much much better . This a kind of Doctor you don't want to lose and will follow wherever they move to. Thank you so much Doc.

Dr Punekar is the best. He will explained everything then asked if I understand . Always reminding me if I don’t understand he will explain more. I didn’t have to ask any questions because he’s so patient with what he does. He makes me laugh when I’m feeling pain he’s very professional in everything he does. Keep up the excellent work. Dr Punekar took the time to explain everything. He listened to what I needed and with calm and ease helped me beyond any of the pain management doctors I have ever had. His kindness and compassion, honesty and factual explanations are immeasurable. I’m so fortunate to be one of his patients. I would recommend anyone that needs a pain management doctor to see Dr. Punekar first!

Finally someone who understand me!
Dr. Punekar what was the first doctor to truly listen and understand my problems. He sat down with me and explained exactly what was going on and even showed me images of my spine so I could really understand what the problem is. He was compassionate, caring and included me in every step of the decision making process. I’ve had chronic pain for 10 years now, and finally found someone who has an actual treatment plan for me. We’ve started with quick injections and I’m already feeling better and can’t wait to see how I progress under his care. I highly recommend him to anyone with pain. He was nothing short of amazing!!
