Dr. Ina Stephens is truly amazing! Her care was thorough and she gave us incredible information! Her approach to diet and nutrition is astounding! Please have her train as many of the medical students as possible!

No need to waste your time!
This was absolutely one of the biggest let downs I have encountered. Trust me I had such high expectations for this visit. I just knew I woud get some kind of help or answer. Absolutely nothing. I listened to what is supposed to be a P.A.N.D.A.S specialist tell me she calls it PANS not P.A.N.D.A.S knowing my son was there for reaccurent strep . So saying PANS that means without strep was a jaw dropper. I was asked about my son's diet , told well that's the problem right there and then when the normal paperwork for P.A.N.D.A.S was printed , everything he eats was on there as good. I was then informed I am doing a good job. Holy cow. I didn't drive 3 hours for that. I was shocked at the lack of information I was given. She ordered the subclasses of my sons IGG and IGM to be tested, however I was told either way wit either result nothing could be done. I'm so tired of the medical system in Virginia. Doctors have no clue , specialist have no clue. They just show up for work to get paid
