Didn't feel she cared
Dr. Ina Teron Molina did not like to spend time explaining the medical procedures that were done, and other ones she was recommending. She seemed to be bordering on being annoyed, and being dismissive. When I asked about potential harmful side effects, she had a smile on her face, didn't answer, and kept looking at the computer screen. After dealing with Dr. Teron Molina, I can honestly say that I felt like a number and not a person. I felt as if she wanted to make money off of me, or my insurance from unnecessary procedures that she had trouble justifying, and wouldn'texplain the risks. I honestly felt as if she didn't care about my health, or wellbeing.

Deceitful
Dr. Molina got angry when I asked questions--then tried to suppress and hide her anger, with obvious complicated medical jargon that she knew i wouldn't understand. She refused to explain explain the medical jargon, and quickly changed the subject. She was trying to imply that I was stupid--but she didn't actually use the word 'stupid'. In her office, I briefly overheard Dr. Molina talking about her patients to fellow staff in a negative way. It seemed that she was saying that patients are not smart. She is very deceitful, and will try to smile to cover up the deceit. I don't know why people have to act this way. Isn't it easier to be kind to other people ?
