Dr Bollampally always gives plenty of opportunities for her patients to speak with her. You never feel rushed out. You can always depend on her returning your phone calls no matter the time of day or night. If you have a particular issue, she will refer you to the right specialist and make sure you are seen as well as follow up with you and the specialist. She is a gem.

Office staff is incredibly rude and nasty. Just said "your welcome" and hung up on me in the middle of my inquiry
