Dr. Inna Santkovsky, MD

This doctor was rude to both me and the nurses during my delivery. She was on her phone while I was an active labor and literally left at one point to pick up her husband from the hospital. When I experienced a great distress and pain at one putting my delivery, she shouted at me and told me not to make such a fuss. She never bothered to follow up with me following my delivery.

Dr. Santkovsky is an amazing doctor. Down to earth and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. She has a great bedside manner and really makes you feel like your family. The girls in the office are also amazing. Scheduling appointments are easy and everybody is so nice and helpful!

Dr. Santkovsky delivered one of my daughters in July 2017 and the second one in October 2019. She was professional, competent, reassuring, and thorough. Would absolutely recommend her practice. I also saw Dr. Jacobsen throughout my first pregnancy and several times during my second pregnancy and she is also an excellent doctor who I would highly recommend.

This review is for both dr. santkovsky &dr. jacobsen, as I was seen by both throughout my pregnancy and I had a negative experience across the board. I hesistated to write this but I feel I should to save anyone else from the consequences of going through this office. I developed complications about 6 months into my pregnancy. Dr. Jacobsen failed to identify the issue for over a month and a half, which seriously put my baby at risk. Then to the most serious issue, right before my baby was born and shortly after another complication was detected which no one communicated to me until my one month post partum visit, and only then it was briefly mentioned like she was trying to hide it. Then at my 6 month I was tested again and the doctor never called me with the results, which we discussed that she would during my visit. The kicker is that the results relate to a very serious issue which puts my future pregnancies at risk. If i didn't analyze my blood results myself I still wouldn't know.

Dr. Inna Santkovsky just helped us delivered a healthy baby boy. She is very caring and detail oriented. The whole labor process went very smoothly. We really appreciate her help!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Santkovsky . She was very professional, understanding and super nice. There was absolutely no wait time . She took her time explaining and addressing the issue, and assuredly made me feel at ease. The office is absolutely clean and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this office !!!!

Inna is the best doctor and she proved it during my pregnancy and especially in hospital in that the most important day! thanks a lot for my son and for her kindness and thoughtful!she is young but a professional!very glad to be her patient!

I rarely leave reviews and this review is not to punish Dr. Santokovsky but to inform first-time mothers seeking a good OBGYN with med care during their pregnancy. I am not comfortable with this Dr. and never have been. She is very by the books, & I am miserable following her medical advise. There is a lack of communication between us & I feel like I am taking a test every time I see her to please her. I am so uncomfortable with her, I hope she is not on-call with hospital the day I deliver.

The doctor really takes her time in explaining everything you want to know. I felt like she really listened to my concerns. Thank you Dr!

After today visit I can say just this doctor doesn’t know what is it a medicine ethics and doesn’t have sufficient skill in client communication. Today she came on as a substitution of my doctor (my doctor is on vacation now), but this is not a reason to make patients of the another doctor nervous and shocked because new doctor didn’t read profile of the patient and doesn’t want to do her work properly. She doesn't think about people and doesn't love her profession.

I had practically no wait time. Dr. Santkovsky answered all of my questions in a way that I understood. She was extremely nice and helpful helping me make decisions as far as birth control and tests that I should have done. She took her time and was extremely thorough.

Love Dr. Santkovsky for the exceptional care I received throughout my pregnancy and delivery.

Dr. Santkovsky guided me very well with my first ever pregnancy. She is kind, respectful and very compassionate. She made me feel safe and well taken care of, as I had a rough time in the beginning of my pregnancy. She is thorough and explains situations and procedures well. The day of my delivery, things didn't go as planned, but I am so thankful that I have her by my side. My husband and I can't thank her enough for keeping me and my baby safe and healthy. Dr. Santkovsky is a keeper??

I transferred to this office mid way through my twin pregnancy and i couldnt have made a better decision. They accepted me immediately and treated me with the upmost care. Dr. Sankovsky was very thorough and had a wonderful bed side manner. The staff at the office are all wonderful as well. I had a very tough pregnancy and delivery and she was with me every step of the way. I highly recommend her !

I'm an old fashioned individual whom really needs quality care... I need to feel like a person rather than a transaction. I always have a ton of questions so I also need patience. Dr. Inna Santkovsky provides everything I need for myself and daughters. She is; kind, patient, professional, informative, polished, detailed, and above all of this she makes me feel like she cares about me "the person". Only her retirement is going to get rid of me as her A+++ service is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Drove thirty minutes to pick up a prescription from her office for my daughter who was writhing in pain, only to drive another thirty minutes back and find out from the pharmacist the Dr. forgot the date. Very poor communication to rectify the situation and the office staff was rude, telling me doctors can make mistakes too you know! Yes they can. But then you make an effort to rectify the situation. The wait is always long and the doctor never returns your call. Finding another OBGYN.
