MISINFORMED PATIENT
I went to see Dr Fine . He informed me about a cosmetic procedure named threading on my jawline. he said it was quick and painless and no recovery time. PROCEEDED WITH PROCEDURE PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING 1- VERY painfull procedure 2-Took me almost 2 weeks to not have pain on jawline at injection area 3-Could not eat solids for 5 days 4-Could not properly open my mouth for one week 5-No post op info (had to search on internet) such as no exercise, sleeping on back, no alcohol etc- WAS NOT INFORMED OF ANYTHING

Trustworthy, Caring and wide range of expertise
Dr Fine always goes above and beyond for his patients without hesitation. Dr Fine stays current with any medical situation. It is a great comfort being in the care of Dr Ira Fine.

My 95-year-old mother has been Fine's patient for decades including years as a paying boutique patient. Whenever she's had a serious problem he will not provide advice or manage her care. She recently fell and began to seriously decline. I asked Fine to help me assess what to do. He refused saying something like "I've been doing this for 30 years. I'm tired. I won't do it." When I mentioned the many years she had been paying him boutique fees he said "don't go there. I won't discuss it.”

I visit with Dr. Ira Fine once per year for my physical exam, and other general medical issues as they arise. Dr. Fine and his office provide a professional and courteous service. Dr Ira always takes the time to explain readings from tests, is very personable, and never seems rushed. My only complaint is that since I moved from Miami to Naples three years ago, my drive to his office is 2.5 hours! His actual office is easy to find and there is a private parking lot. I highly recommend Dr. Fine.

My mother has been Dr. Fine's patient for many years. She recently received a serious diagnosis from him, so I called to speak to him about it. After leaving three messages for him without a return call, I was informed by his staff that he generally does not return phone calls....he's only in the office 3 days a week and is very busy. WHAT???!?! She then told me she would send him an email but don't expect him to call you back because he probably won't. Unacceptable! Will find another MD.
