Very good and very caring!
Dr. Richterman has been treating me for basal joint arthritis for a number of years. He has always been very good in his treatments, giving me information on options for treatment. He is caring, very easy to make appointments, and short wait times. Highly recommended.

Dr. Richterman was so knowledgeable & shared other information about my wrist/hand that I was not aware of and gave advice to correct it as well as the carpal tunnel syndrome. He was able to get me scheduled quickly for surgery & follow up. He is warm & personable & like talking with a friend.

Dr. Richterman saw me in his office in Dover, and quickly diagnosed me as having bursitis. He treated me on the spot, draining the fluid off my elbow, very painless, and then wrapped my elbow with an ace bandage. I have a follow up appointment in about two weeks, but it seems to be gone. Very satisfied with his treatment!
