Do yourself a favor,"Don't bother going there". The practice has so many patients that the staff doesn't care if you never come back. My wife and I have been loyal patients for many years. I had an appointment for Oct 16th. On Oct 12th my Father in law past away. The 12th and 13th I called and left messages. The 14th I called the office to reschedule my appointment and explained that I will be attending a funeral on the 16th. On the 15th I was admitted into the Lenox Hill Hospital ER for serious chest pains caused by an allergic reaction. As per the ER instructions, I was to follow up with my doctor within 1-3 days. I called Dr Roth's office and explained the ER situation. Every direct phone call to the office, I explained about the funeral and my visit to the ER. Every time it was the answer, "We will speak to the doctor, and someone will call you back". The funeral was on the 16th, same as my appointment. It's been over a week, nobody has called me back. I told them to forget it.
