Staff is great! Dr. Visor has a long waitlist (6 months for me) but in my opinion worth every minute! He is very detailed and thorough. He immediately touched my eyes used a tool to see inside of my eyelids and yes you'd think that would be obvious, but I saw another Dr who did none of those things. I highly recommend waiting and having Dr. Vidor for a consult at the very least and I guarantee you will not regret it.

Excellent Doctor
Dr Vidor performed my first eye surgery for Ptosis over ten years ago and did an excellent job. Now the Ptosis has returned and I am having Dr Vidor do the surgery again.

very disappointed
I had upper eyelid surgery to repair the muscles in my upper eyelids. Medicare paid for that part of the surgery.I paid $5000 to tighten the excess skin of the eyelid which would result from the muscle repair. After the surgery my eyes were very asymmetrical. I had a second surgery on one eye to correct that however he did not tighten the loose skin that resulted from that second surgery When I saw him at my post -op appt and asked him about it he said he didn't think it looked too bad. I didn't pay $5000 to have my eyes look 'not too bad'. He said he would fix it but I would have to pay part of the cost of that surgery. I do not think I should have to anything for surgery to repair a surgery that wasn't done correctly. I am left with sagging skin on my eyelids after paying $5000 and enduring 2 surgeries. I am not a complainer and I have never written a bad review but I would not want anyone else to have this experience

SIMPLY THE BEST!
I have a lower and upper lid blepharoplasty scheduled for December 15. Dr. Vidor and his staff are the most professional and friendly people in any medical setting I have ever come across. Dr. Vidor spent a long time discussing the procedure with me and answered all of my questions. I can’t wait for my procedure and can’t thank you all enough!

Exceptional
This is a one in a million doctor, a true physician in every sense of the word. He is quick, concise and accurate at once. He oozes expertise the moment he enters the room, types at like a zillion words a second while documenting the exam, visit, treatment plan ALL while still giving you a complete and thorough exam. He takes his time where he needs to, explains things well and so they are easily understood. You go in for a Yugo and come out with a Lamborghini. How often can you say that ? As a surgeon ... God gifted this man with a talent seldom seen. He stitched my eye lid even while making me laugh and barely paused while I quieted myself down. This is your A Player, your designated hitter, your best weapon in your arsenal rolled into one. Great guy, incredible doctor. Should you have the opportunity to use him, please do. you will be so glad that you did.

The worst doctor I've been to. I drove over an hour to see him. He spent 2 minutes with me and did nothing to rectify my problem. I would never go back and in fact I now have to pay cash to another physician to correct the ptoblem that Dr. Vidor failed to fix.
