Be Aware!!!
Dealing with Doctor Okafor was the worst experience I have had with a Doctor all eighty years of my life. She was argumentative, intolerant and dismissive from beginning to end; and not at all interested in anything that I as patient had to say.For the safety of patients and the sake of the medical profession, she should change careers.

Baylor McKinney should investigate Dr. Okafor.
Was my second encounter with this narcissistic, unprofessional Doctor. She is the most rude and disrespectful physician I’ve ever encountered. She thinks she knows more than she does and has zero credibility and compassion for her patients. I’m going to report her to the chief of staff at BSW. We will never go to o Baylor McKinney again as long as she is on there staff.

A threat to human life
She is so focused on being 'audited' as to how quickly she discharges patients than she has zero care as to the health of the patient upon being discharged. She is condescending, offensive and thinks too highly of herself. If you get her, don't walk, RUN. Demand another doctor immediately.

Worst Experience
We have filed a formal complaint with the Texas Medical Board. Dr Okafor is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. My elderly father has a significant medical history. She advised me she did not want to hear it. He was admitted for pneumonia. This is when the circus began. She was worried his thyroid caused him to fall. She decided her 3-4 years as a hospitalist/internist qualifications outweighed the medical opinion of a cardiologist and neurologist. She screamed and yelled. She missed an enlarged liver and kidney function issues despite the fact we constantly expressed concern.. And then she discharged a very ill elderly man that was readmitted to another facility within a few hours of her discharging him. We do not go back to the hospital she is a hospitalist for. There was no way we were going to risk encountering Dr Okafor again.

Failure
Dr Okafor came on duty as a hospitalist and calls my wife about her dad. First sentence was he will be dead in two weeks , news to us. He had been in the hospital for 3 weeks , and a dozen other Dr's said he was not actively dieing. We asked , what makes you say that , stammering no answer. Second question , have you examined the patient , more stammering. Again , have you seen the patient , her answer was. "I am standing outside his room". Have you been in? Answer No. You call us and the first words out of your mouth are he will be dead in 2 weeks. Dr Okafor was fired then , but she walked in the room , again she was fired. She said we could not fire her. Yes , she was replaced before she ever saw the patient. Yesterday Dad went to his 3 meals , played Wahoo on the patio, according to Dr Okafor who examined him from the hallway , he was going to die 2 weeks ago. I cannot recommend any Dr who makes that call without examining the patient. You can't be wrong making that call.

Dr Okafor is simply amazing. She explains everything great, tries to understand your suffering. She is compassionate, smart, personable and I felt like she knew every bit of my case before she ever walked in the room! You are in good hands with her!!
