Dr. Irene Shuen Ho, MD

My father went to her to just get pain meds and she started off rude saying “why are you here ?!” He said he was having a lot of pain and she said “Well you have CANCER!” My dad replied “How do you know that ?!” She stated because there’s a mass ! You have cancer ! My dad replied “Then why do I have an apt to have a procedure done next week to see if it’s an infection or cancer ? “ she said “oh well why didn’t you tell me that?!” Then proceeded to talk to him in a condescending tone stating what do you want ? Nothing will take the pain away. How is my father being diagnosed by an incompetent “doctor” who thinks she is not only right but can talk to a patient so cold with no remorse or compassion? How do you even have this job ? Basically saying you have cancer , so deal with the pain ! Nothing will help you. Obviously something needs to be done since there’s another review on her being so rude and unprofessional.

Spent the whole appointment scolding me about what I should've done for my injuries instead of respectfully helping me. When I told her what I did for work and my position she told me I was using the wrong title. She knows nothing about the field of work I do yet she has the nerve to 'correct' me.
