Comfortable and Confident
After a year of four cancelled cycles and a failed embryo transfer, we decided it was time to look for the best in the infertility field. It’s not an easy task but we left my fertility doctor and started interviewing potential fertility doctors. My partner and I consulted with three highly rated fertility doctors, and we felt the most comfortable with Dr. Irene Woo. She was direct, clear, thorough and most importantly she listened. Dr. Woo took the time provided a programmed or medicated plan during our first consultation. She also did a vaginal ultrasound to see where I was with ovulation. We left California Center for Reproductive Health with a smile, we felt comfortable and confident that we would be in good hands with Dr. Woo. I’m happy to say on the first try for our embryo transfer Dr. Woo was successful in getting me pregnant! We would recommend Dr. Woo because of her knowledge and professionalism combined with a great human approach that makes you feel comfortable during

Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. She literally made me cry in her office because of how pissed off she got at us for requesting a simple progesterone test be done (blood test; no risk at all to perform). She was beside herself (very visibly upset). She said to me, and I quote, "This isn't a la carte; you can't just order what you want done." It blew my mind. If you want an experience where you can't ask any questions or have any say in your own medical treatment whatsoever, then this is the doctor for you.

Dr. Woo is a brilliant doctor who has the goal of having you leave the clinic pregnant. When you enter into the world of infertility a lot of changes and finding a clinic that supports you and comes alongside you in this journey is the most important element. This is something you will get when you choose California Center for Reproductive Health. You will be treated like a person, not just another patient. Along with this, the office and nursing staff are the kindest people and by the time of our graduation, they all felt like family. We are forever grateful for CCRH and can't wait for our baby to hear all about how these amazing people helped us become a family!

Dr. Woo has a wonderful bedside manner and is patient and caring about you, your family and situation. She is very matter-of-fact in her approach which, for me and my husband, has been helpful with understanding the process and obstacles.
