The front desk lady Marina is extremely rude and unprofessional. She should be replaced with any TRAINED and emotionally stable staff member. The lack of basic communication skills and rudeness is not acceptable in any establishments, especially in clinics where they allegedly help patients cope with stress and depression. Unfortunately there is only one member of their staff that I regularly interact with who has any level of competence or professionalism, and that is the receptionist. I'm fairly certain this is a medicaid "mill" of sorts--all they care about is getting as much money out of NY state tax payers pockets as possible. They definitely do not care about their patients. They have zero compassion, are incredibly disorganized, and will *miss their own appointments* on a regular basis. They are always making mistakes that result in my not being able to get my medications in time, and I'm finally just fed up. The pee test thing is extremely strange as well but is the least of my concerns: I hope that fact alone (that something so strange and invasive is at the bottom of the list) communicates the severity of the situation. I've tried repeatedly to remedy these issues with the owner, but I'm always given the runaround. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people like the plague.

Poor visit experience. Treated like a drug abuser when seeking initial consultation to continue medications as my current physician was retiring. Overcharged copay despite showing them that they misread my insurance card.

I saw Dr Glick I am very satisfied he asked me many questions that were important for him to understand my depression. He prescribed me two medications. I have had insomnia for over 10 years he prescribed me a medication that worked after trying everything else. I am finally getting sleep and my antidepressant is working as well. I feel like myself again.

Her assistant, Jasmine, at the location in Prospect Heights is a real piece of work. Don't call her unless you feel like a whole lot of attitude served with some severe unprofessionalism. Yikes!!!

Dr.Kiblitsky was truly amazing and caring. I was very nervous before I came to her office but she eased my worries and re assured me that everything is going to be alright and that meant the world to me. I was also seen almost immediately. I came in, filled out a few forms and 10 minutes later I was called into her office which was so awesome. I'd definitely recommend her to any and everyone. This was my first visit but can't wait to continue going to her.

The best psychiatrist I have ever had. I am a medical student so I can attest to her professionalism, level of understanding and empathy! She genuinely cares and doesn’t see her patients as customers but as genuine humans that have flaws. She posses the ability to spot those flaws. I have been suffering for years and didn’t know it, she saw my flaws and helped me and now every day is magical filled with joy and wonder.

What a horrible experience. I brought a family member to the Fulton Ave office for a 9am appointment today. We were 15 minutes early and were told to wait literally outside even though someone was in the office waiting area. Once we were allowed inside, we sat down and filled out all the forms (the exact same forms that had been submitted two days prior via ZocDoc). The waiting area was filthy and fly infested. Once we RE-submitted all the paperwork we were told that not only did the docto

Dr Irina Kiblitsky is the best, she was very attentive, listened to me very carefully and was very engaged. There were other doctors at the practice but everyone wanted to be seen by her and now i can understand why. Although it would have been quicker to see another provider, i can completely understand why everyone would rather wait for her. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, being seen by her has had a tremendous impact on my well being. I will definitely come back!!
