Horrible experience with the office staff. I was supposed to be put on a waitlist a year ago and was told that I will be called back when the spot becomes available. I was referred to this Dr by another healthcare professional and I truly needed her help. When I called today to check on the status they informed me that they called everyone from the waitlist of last year and I wasn’t there. Ridiculous! I’ve made no comment or drama on the phone but simply to be put on a waitlist again and was denied with no explanation. I tried to get help through the main office of Englewood Health and patient relations dep personnel was very understanding, she spoke to a doctor herself but she answered that she doesn’t take new patients. I understand it is the case now. BUT excuse me, it was your office personnel’ mistake that I wasn’t put and/or called of the waitlist and you still refused to fix it. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

I have been under Dr. T's care for about 6 years. She is a great communicator, conscientious, and empathetic. She is also very thorough, collaborative and has been persistent in her follow up after referrals to specialists. her staff are friendly and professional. I highly and enthusiastically recommend her practice.

Dr. T, as I always call her is amazing! She is there for her patients. If you have any concerns you will not leave her office without some clarity. She will go above and beyond to find what is going on in your body. She has been the only physician who actually completes a full health assessment. She even checks your thyroid something that I personally never had checked prior to being her patient. I completely trust her evaluations and recommendations. I have seen her now for 5 years. I highly recommend Dr. T!

I recently wrote a not very nice review of Dr. Tartakovsky not knowing all the facts of her leaving her previous practice. After finding her and speaking with her I realize I had commented without thinking of the consequences. I’m now aware that there were legal reasons why she was unable to contact her patients directly. I was so upset when I found out she had moved offices. I thought something happened or she moved to Florida... I called the hospital and they told me she was now at 309 Engle Street .. so I called 201 408 6166 and they gave me an appointment. I was so relieved. She saved my life 9 years ago and will NEVER leave her. She spends so much time with me and my sister and is so thorough. We both love her bedside manner and caring.

Dr T. has been my primary care physician for more than 15 years. She is thorough, caring, and very knowledgeable. I know she always has my best interest at heart. Dr. T is a very thorough, caring physician. She has an impeccable bedside manner; she answers all of your questions and encourages you to ask more. For example, she will call you on a Sunday to give you test results and tell you to schedule a follow up visit (and chastise you if you fail to follow through). She truly cares for her patients, and your health and well-being are her top priority. I confidently recommend her to others.

She will insist you see a specialist if she detects or even suspects anything outside her expertise rather than brush you off with the common, wait and see attitude you'll find elsewhere. If you want definitive, conclusive results, look no further! Dr. Tartakovsky and staff are also very friendly, professional, respectful of your time. Wait time for appointments is non-existent! JB
