Dr. Irving Bratt, MD

It’s a strange office, nothing like I’ve experienced before. Staff is rude, care is rushed. Billing is questionable.

Was treated very poorly by him and his staff. The care I received was not up to par. Communication was very poor as well. I would not recommend this doctor.

I love that I have never had to wait to see the doctor. I get in as soon as I arrive. Sherry is wonderful. Dr Bratt is quick but thorough. I highly recommend!

I come from a family of doctors and I have still yet to meet a more efficient practitioner than Dr. Bratt. I bring my laptop every time expecting it to be the time I finally have to sit in the waiting room before being seen. ~5 years later, I have still yet to wait more than two minutes before being seen. Even during COVID, when I needed him, I was seen without delay and given effective care that led to me being asymptomatic 36 hours after my visit. Dr. Bratt is as many people stated, no nonsense. Come in, get checked out, review areas of concern, and resume your day. I've never once had him disregard a question I had or felt pushed out of his office like some other reviewers have stated. He's there to discuss anything I have ever wanted to bring up and you leave once you're done. If you are tired of spending 40 minutes in a waiting room for an appointment you arrived on time for, go see Dr. Bratt. I plan to continue seeing him until the day he retires.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Bratt for approximately 3 years. We are most impressed with his depth of medical knowledge and are pleased with his timely delivery of services. Also know that he is the general practitioner doctor of choice for a number of highly regarded specialist doctors in South Florida. I highly recommend.

I've been going to Dr. Bratt since the early 80's. I am very impressed with him and how his office is run. I never have to wait too long and no matter what symptoms I'm having he can see me or my husband usually that same day, if we call in the morning. His nurse Sherry, and his office Manager Marvin are awesome! They are all very efficient and kind. Thank you Dr. Bratt and staff from the bottom of my heart!

This Doctor doesn't have more than 10 mn for you, barely listen to your concerns and is only interested in billing.He has repeatedly hired for the past 10 years when I made the mistake of thinking that there was no better G.P. office around town , the worst office managers ( at least 5 in that period) , each more rude, incompetent as uppety that the last: when confronted with a 2 years old retro billing error from his office, he told me off and sided with his stupid staff without even trying to understand his loyal customer's side: that's not how you treat people or patients for that matter when you are a good doctor and a good business owner...but how would he know..? Stay away , so many better, more qualified G.P.s around, his practice will slowly die on its own with that attitude.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bratt's for nearly 20 years. I like his direct no nonsense approach. I'm always seen on schedule and he always speaks to me in his office after every examination. He has never made me feel rushed. He consistently calls me early the next morning with my test results. I also find his dedicated assistant Shari very knowledgeable, warm and friendly.

Dr. Bratt is a paper pusher. He rushes you in and out. He will only discuss one ailment per visit. However, I've never had to wait. I was surprised during this Coronavirus pandemic, no one in his office wore a mask! He was trained as a social medicine doctor in Canada, and came here to make $$. I cannot recommend him.

He sees too many patients. Feel rushed. He is a nice man.

Do not go to Dr Bratt! He is abrupt and rude. Will not give you five minutes to discuss anything. Forget about asking any questions of your concern! His staff is totally incompetent and a terrible attitude. Requested by records to transfer for three weeks. Calling three times each week. Finally had to go there to get them. To add to the negative aspects, the office is ugly and run down!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr, Bratt. However, his staff has a lot to be desired lately, It is next to impossible to get them to refill a necessary prescription, The staff comes up with lame excuses, They claim that the fax machine, is not working and they deny receiving faxes from other MD etc, The office manager runs hot and cold and gets upset if you have a legitimate complaint, Dr Bratt please get competent office staff,

Dr Bratt is a no nonsense professional who sees his patients on times, evaluates their history and either prescribes necessary medication or refers to a specialist.

Dr. Bratt is a fine physician. He has been my primary care provider for over 10 years. He’s very thorough and has always diagnosed the medical issue correctly. Dr. Bratt is professional and polite. He has a serious way about him, but you want you that. I recommend him to family and friends.

I have been going to Dr. Bratt for quite a few years and he doesn't seem to change!! He listens to your concerns and try to give you the best answer possible. I also didn't have insurance for a bit and he helped me out a lot by sending me a bill if I couldn't pay or give me samples if I couldn't afford the meds. I highly recommend Dr. Bratt because he continues to be a doctor who HASN'T lost his compassion or his bedside manner!!

Dr. Bratt is so kind and thoughtful. He explains everything very well and has a great bedside manner. His staff is excellent as well.

Both myself and my wife are now followed by Dr. Bratt. We are very happy. Very easy to get an appointment . Very comfortable feeling during the visit... he is very informative . One of the best doctor we ever had !
