Had a worsening issue that I was very concerned about so I made an appointment with Dr Wolfert online. Office called the MORNING OF my appointment to cancel and refused to rebook me because I didn’t have a referral from a current patient.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Wolfert, for more than 14 years now. That said, when I was a teenager, he seemed to care more. Now that I’m an adult, I feel like he does not take me seriously because I am a woman. I can’t get a refill on my asthma inhalers without a visit. Then he gives me a single one and when I need another, I have to come back to the office. Right now we are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and usually I go to planned parenthood for my birth control but my mother is high risk so I decided to call him and ask if he could do me a favor and give me an extra month or two so I could avoid going to pp. he refused to help me. Looking into a new doc ASAP, perhaps a woman who will actually listen to me.

This is with one of his associates in the same group. Very disappointed. The dr wanted me to completely wean off my medication. Important medication that has helped me that another dr suggested was right for me. Im 58 and not wanting to change something that helps me! Although he wanted to put me on this bp med with all these bad side effects. Want to do things their way and not work with you! I would not recommend this office if you dont like change.

Great Doctor ! I don't like going to doctors but this office is nice and all the staff is super pleasant its always a pleasure coming here :) highly recommend this office and the laboratory is within the building which is a huge plus you don't need to use big corps for blood work.
