Dr. Isaac Jenabi, MD

Dr Jenabi was patient. Explained everything easy to understand and how to treat my issue and alternatives if what he prescribed didn't work. I highly recommend him. His personality is what doctors should have He is always pleasant and patient and answers all you questions so you can understand what to do. If it hadn't been for him after seeing other doctors about my issue through tests, he requested he was the one that discovered the real issue that was causing my calf pain.

He is a very caring doctor. I never feel rushed during my appointments and always feel free to ask as many questions as I want. I’m very happy that I was referred to him by my orthopedic surgeon

I've been going to the Henderson office for about six years. Under Dr Colin Rock, Dr Jenabi's predecessor, I think the office ran more smoothly. I'm currently awaiting a SCS Trial procedure and have completed all prerequisites of the process. After leaving SEVERAL voicemails for his PA, she REFUSES to return my calls. The same goes for the surgery scheduler. Total unprofessionalism that is UNACCEPTABLE. I'm in a great deal of pain and have expressed that to all involved. I have no tolerance for people who've REPEATEDLY dropped the ball! Unfortunately, this reflects badly on Dr Jenabi. At this point, I'm seriously considering going elsewhere for pain management. I like Dr Jenabi but unfortunately, the only way to access him is to go through his incompetent staff. There is NO EXCUSE for them not to have returned my repeated messages! I need to schedule this procedure and they REFUSE to help me do that! Dr Jenabi, please talk to your unprofessional staff before you lose me as a patient!

I found Dr Jenabi to be a thoughtful listener. Dr Jenabi took his time to discuss my MRI Diagnosis and provided his professional opinions for treatment going forward. At this time I am pleased.

I was very pleased with Dr. Jenabi. He was thorough, took his time, explained everything in easy to understand language. Answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.

I found Dr. Jenabi to be excellent. Caring, attentive and through.

Uses a NV surgical suites and they did not adhere to the covid 19 guidelines. Did not clean medical devices between patients and the general overall conditions at the facility did not feel comfortable. Felt neglected. They did not contact me before my scheduled procedure to make sure their guidelines were met. I only found out that I was not supposed to take aspirin 7 days prior, they paper work says 6. I had to take 2 4 days prior for a headache and if they had of called I would have rescheduled. But instead I drove 2 hours there sat for and hour before they even asked about meds. Then 2 hours back home all they while with severe back and neck pain. Dr. Jenabi just stood there arms crossed leaning on the wall without any type of concern for my well being at that time. He has now been fired by me and a complaint has been filed with OSHA about the facilities.
