Dr. Sosa has good intentions but, his office UValde Medical & Surgical Associates, and he himself often have great difficulty filling his prescriptions in a timely manner. Calls are not answered or responded to and it is impossible to get Dr. Sosa himself to respond, sometimes even with an in-person appointment. Answering service(s) and nurses are all you can reach. If your issue requires action by Dr. Sosa himself expect at least a minimum of a week delay. These problems have persisted for at least the last year sadly with increasing frequency. To summarize, Dr. Sosa is a good man but look elsewhere if you require timely prescriptions or interventions. Visiting the UValde ER should not be the default response for issues which are not emergencies and a result of a doctor's inability to fill his own prescriptions or get timely appointments. Multiple week wait times for appointments for debilitating and life threatening conditions suggest looking elsewhere if you have other options.

Kind, good listener, professional
Office staff is professional and friendly. I only waited a few minutes for both of my visits. Dr Sosa listened intently, respectfully, and we discussed options for med changes and necessary tests. I am so pleased.
