I visited St Mary's ER
I had not been feeling well for a week and was concerned about possible pneumonia. Dr Troiano diagnosed me with bronchitis and found i had an inguinal hernia. I've had heartburn for a long time and no other dr I've seen had found that. He was very nice and made sure I had no questions. Also wanted me to follow up if my symptoms got worse. I would switch to him as a a family Dr if he had a practice. He was thorough.

I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life. He was very rude and didn’t seem educated enough to treat any patients. He looked at me and said SPEAK. I am not a dog. I was having an allergic reaction from an eye drop, which my throat kept closing This doctor just kept telling me that I had an anxiety attack. I have never had anxiety in my life. I walked over to urgent care to have my eye looked at they put numbing drops in my eye and dye which gave me an allergic reaction. And of course, the doctors wanna blame anything that they can instead of what actually really happened. The idiot gave me midazolam. Like I want to fall asleep when my throat keeps closing off. That drug should only be giving to patients before a medical procedure or surgery. I feel my husband who is a 30 year retired Lieutenant should teach your doctors and hospital staff a thing or two about manners. Shame on this doctor for his lack of respect for patients and your hospital.
