Dr. Isaiah Roggow, MD

I've had several doctors in the area over the years and have felt very unheard and dismissed in most cases. Dr. Roggow listened to me, offered fast, effective solutions, and took the time to 'shop around' for me in finding cheaper labs and imaging offices. Dr. Roggow was highly recommended to me and I couldn't be happier I found him and his office. His office staff are kind, courteous, and always very patient. The whole experience has over the course of a few visits has been very helpful and I feel like I'm making progress in my health journey!

He wants to instill his values onto you, rather than listen to patient. Pushed his vegan diet and abstinence from alcohol and tried to make me feel inferior rather than help with my ailments. He also talked down to our nine-year-old son about his eating habits as well! He became defensive when I tried to explain my personal situation. He seems to know his profession but is not a good listener.

Dr.Roggow is an exceptional doctor who combines professionalism and genuine care. Their attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to get things done make them stand out. Highly recommended for personalized and compassionate healthcare.

This doctor has moved to another location that does not have a review section, but people must be warned! He is 100% focused on pushing his vegan diet agenda no matter what he is seeing you for. Both times I have had to see him I have felt extremely talked down to and get the feeling that he has a serious dislike of overweight women and thinks we’re incapable of any kind of intelligence. He’s made very off-handed and rude remarks, he doesn’t listen, and is more interested in telling you about everything he personally wouldn’t do in conjunction with what you’re doing before talking to you about going vegan (because that’s apparently going to cure every ailment you have). I am not interested in his personal agenda and his bedside manner as a “family” physician stinks. If he would rather be a nutritionist, then get out of general practice!

Not sure why he is at a hospital/clinic when he clearly only wants to be some sort of weight loss guru. Definitely NOT a primary care physician. Went in to establish care, recent rectocele surgery, nerve damage, recalled mesh, and spinal issues. He kind of blocked all that out and went to obesity studies? He couldn't figure out how to see or I guess read any records. After second visit and nearly 2 months, he still couldn't figure it out. Waste of money and time. Would have been easier to WALK to Oregon for proper care!
