Today I downloaded my Medicare claims; there was one for Dr Singh performing a wellness check on me. Since I live in Seattle, this was very surprising to me. I will be informing Medicare.

AWFUL
Awful doctor. His staff says he’s “burned out” when asked why he always seems so angry & uncaring. He refused to order the MRI I needed, and wanted to keep me coming in for more and more injections. Thankfully my primary care doctor ordered the imaging—and she immediately sent me to a surgeon at SWEDISH AMERICAN HOSPITAL, who saw the problem and fused two levels in my neck. I am now 99% pain free, no thanks to Singh, who’s advice was always to just not do things that hurt me—he never listened. Horrible doctor. I’m surprised he hasn’t been fired yet.

I relate to those who had left their experiences. The staff that is expecting patients with constant pain should be kind and caring about service they'd provide. I think there is more friendly staff needed more emphatic. Patients with pain are expected to be having bad day 24/7. Staff seems to be having a bad day and waiting to be replaced for the next underpaid hostess. Confusion doesn't end there but more of the same customer service at his Office, so beware the rudeness. Every answer given to staff will undermine the reason number one why you there "pain". The Dr at least looked at the previous notes and just explained throughout he doesn't treat lower extremity pain unless burning nerves. Fix anatomy of the problem, we don't prescribe narcotics. Is he the owner? He doesn't share his knowledge to them to keep a better experience in a "Pain Clinic" that doesn't treat "PAIN". Have a good day!

I'm not at all impressed by his level of care. His staff is amazing and I loved them, but he doesn't seem to care about my pain at all. He seems to have a massive ego and it gets in the way of compassion (in my experience). I would not recommend him at all.

Dr. Singh and the entire Pain Center staff were very thorough and skilled. He is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Rockford Memorial (now Mercyhealth Rockford) to anyone seeking excellence in pain management. I did have to have a referral, so that is the reason for 4 stars in the scheduling area

Did not care at all about my pain, have 1 herniated disc and 2 bulging discs and refused to give me anything for pain. Shows absolutely no compassion or empathy for his patients. Left me waiting for an hour in the room and only spent 2 minutes of his time with me. Thinks everything can be healed with steroids and muscle relaxers. Told me to deal with the pain. Just downright a rude DR.

Why is this man even a pain doctor? He couldn't care less about my pain and shows absolutely no compassion. I miss the other pain doctor that he replaced. This doctor is just useless. He is even rude at times. Rockford Health Systems has sunk to a new low by keeping this guy around. I feel like he has absolutely NO Understanding of being in pain and therefore contradicts being part of the team at the pain management clinic.

Doesn't seem interested in his patients at all. Just the worst pain doctor I've ever had. He doesn't seem to care if your in pain. Most of all, I feel he lacks compassion. Get a pain doctor that truly understands pain and is able to show compassion.
