He is the best. the Castaneda Family has almost 4 years with him and we couldn't ask for a better doctor. He's so compassionate, wise and is always right on point at the time he treats our children. always anwers our emergency calls. His teamwork is really supportive and responsible as well.

Dr.Alvarez has been an amazing dr to all of 3 of my kids age 1,3,and 8. He is a truly caring dr. He has called on Christmas while my daughter had bronchitis to see how she was doing and really does out of his way for his patients!! Thank you !!

Great doctor. Very smart and caring. Always willing to see your child even if it's after closing time. He is always busy but that just shows how many parents trust him. Well worth the wait.

I have known Dr. Alvarez for the past 11 years as well as the staff. The care is truly world class! Best of the best and excellent physician and human being. I've been with him since I was 9 years old. Now I am 21 years old and I know I will continue to count with him and his medical knowledge for years to come with the goal of one day having him as my kids pediatrician.

Dr. Alvarez is great. He's very knowledgable and extremely dedicated to his patients. While the wait may be long it it worth it because he's always happy to see us even if it's the end of the day. The front staff have helped me with billing issues and the nurses always try to help me get out quickly.

Dr. Alvarez is exceptional and loyal doctor to his patients. He takes his time with his patients. He is very detailed to any doubts the patient or the parent might have. Dr. Alvarez and his staff are very courteous, respectful, humanitarian, and generous. I always have a great office experience. My daughter has been a patient at Dr. Alvarez office for the past 9 years.

Good doctor, explains problems well. The staff is friendly and office is very nice and clean. The wait is not bad, it compares to other doctors office, but it depends on the day. Sometimes I waited longer than others. Overall good experience.

Dr. Alvarez has been our pediatrician for ten years. He is attentive, professional and empathetic. Dr. Alvarez is an amazing doctor. Yes, you might an hour and a half but that's because he's full heartedly dedicated to his little patients. He's not concerned about reaching a target number. He's interested in reaching your child and your concerns when he's in the room. Dr. Alvarez will go the extra mile never taking short cuts. Their are very few of his kind left in the profession.

Extremely well-rounded, qualified physician who conducts a thorough medical examination. Dr. Alvarez focused on every detail of my son's healthcare and asked questions related to his present condition as well as his overall health history. He was soon to diagnose and treat my son as well as assure continuous medical care and results of treatment. Great experience. His staff and overall office environment is quick in answering calls and responding to emergency care.

worst office manager ever, the doctor is great!, buy management just care abut money and billing, it is very difficult to work with then specially dealing with insurance companies like Humana and medicaid

It's all about money these days. They charge fees for everything. The office manager is his wife and she's rude and unprofessional. The wait is always in excess of 4 hours. You're better off going to urgent care as their office hours are for retired people not working families.
