Some of the pre-op instructions were confusing. Specifically, blood work was needed and it was confusing how to get that done. Quest Diagnostics is impersonal and impossible to talk to a live person for clarification. Why can't UCI do their own blood work?

The doctor was great and the staff were all very nice. However, the grounds can be very confusing and when you see someone that appears to work there, they have no clue where anything is located. The attendant at the parking stucture was very nice but the wait to get out was a drag. Smelling all the fumes was not pleasant.

Dr De Alba is a very caring doctor, he listens to your needs. Wonderful bed side manners. He is a stand out, not like the Attending Pain management team that obviously got their MD from a crackerjack box.
