Not a good experience.
Unfortunately my recent experience with Dr. Elijah was not good. Perhaps she was in a really bad mood for some other reason, but it felt as though she hated me at first sight. She was rude, snappy, and dismissive. I was treated as though I had no clue what was happening to my own body. I will not go back to the Banner Clinic at 7th Street and Camelback.

I have nothing but horrible things to say about my visit with this Doctor. I saw her at the Banner Health urgent care off of Indian School. I have never had a more disrespectful Doctor visit in my life. I was going in for a UTI follow up from a previous urgent care visit over the weekend. Dr. Elijah refused to send in my urine culture and diagnosed me with a completely different illness with ZERO tests. She does not listen, she is disrespectful and I would advise everyone to avoid her at all costs. I am embarrassed that she represents Banner Health and she should be to.

Competent, Kind & Patient
I saw Dr. Elijah at the City of Phoenix Banner Healthcare Clinic in downtown Phoenix. She was attentive as I described my symptoms, she made a diagnosis and kindly offered suggestions for how I could alleviate my discomfort. My Dad was a physician and I always like to learn how today’s practitioners view the current climate for healthcare delivery. Dr. Elijah was gracious and took some a bit of time to engage in that conversation with me. I appreciate the competent, kind and patient care she provided.

This is one of the worst physicians I have ever seen. The office was really dirty and the doctor seemed really careless. Avoid this doctor and Banner Urgent Care on Camelback and 7th street at all costs!!!
