Dr. Lim seemed very knowledgeable about rheumatic diseases and seemed very interested in my well-being. With that said, I was very disappointed that he felt that if you have an autoimmune disease that you ALWAYS have to have a positive ANA, and that it never goes away even with treatment. I read several books on Lupus and it's consistently stated that your ANA can change based on your treatment. I found my labs that have 3 positive ANA's and 2 positive RH factors. Would not trust his judgment

Dr. Lim wanted me in and out of his office as quickly as possible. He ordered a whole slew of tests and then came up with a "diagnosis" that was totally against what my previous rheumatologist and GI dr, as well as my bloodwork, showed or said. I would not refer anyone to see this dr. He doesn't take the time to talk to you or to accept when he is wrong. He also has no knowledge when it comes to autoimmune diseases that cause RA.
