I was just there for my first and last visit. After waiting well over an hour (in the crowded, noisy, unpleasant office), I inquired about how much longer it would be. The woman behind the desk was very rude -- at first she refused to tell me, and when I persisted, she finally admitted that there were still several patients ahead of me. Meaning I would have waited two or more hours to see the doctor. That is unacceptable. Obviously they were seriously overbooked, which means they care more about profits than patients. Seriously, stay away.

All this office cares about is making money. Not professional and unresponsive. Doctor is unreachable and does not follow up as promised. Orders lots of test and can not get straight answers. Al Tests are not treatment .

I chose to see Dr. Ivan Mikolaenko for an EMG test because of his experience and many favorable reviews. After a short initial meeting with the dr., a technician performed the test. I jolted intensely, and the technician kept asking if I wanted to discontinue or just complete half the test. As uncomfortable as I felt, I kept replying that I would endure the whole test since I took time off work to be there. After doing both arms and starting one leg, the technician asked the dr. to come in. The dr. spent a minute or so on that first leg and then stopped the test, claiming they had enough data. The results were to be sent to 2 different doctors and to me. It took numerous phone calls just to get the results, and somehow, my records were mixed up with another patient's so the results made no sense to my doctors! Plus, the report FALSELY noted that the test could not be completed due to patient sensitivity! This facility is unprofessional, disorganized, untrustworthy, and so is Dr. Ivan.
